ROYAL ENHANCEMENTS
The new XXIO Prime Royal Edition promises greater distance and accuracy through new technologies.
The technological frontier in golf club engineering keeps getting expanded. XXIO is ever at the forefront of these technologies, helping recreational golfers enjoy the game with clubs that are easy to hit.
The new XXIO Prime Royal Edition continues this journey, with draw-biased designs to mitigate distance loss from slicing. They do this while also providing a traditional shape, good acoustics, and great feel on impact.

The new BiFLEX Face is part of the current story. In the XXIO Prime Royal Edition Driver, the frame is made even thinner to match the head shape. Clubhead stiffness is optimized by this technology to enhance speed on both centre, and off-centre hits. BiFLEX Face increases ball speed on toe-side hits by strengthening the frame’s rigidity for an increased rebound effect. As such, the toe’s edge is stretched and rounded more rigidly. On the heel side, the BiFLEX Face supports the structural needs for an expanded sweet spot and increased ball speed. The heel’s edge is narrow and “sharp” to maintain face height for the enlarged sweet spot.
ACTIVWING technology in the clubhead design apportions aerodynamic forces optimally. These forces help to achieve greater consistency at impact, and leads to better down-range performance and distance consistency.
XXIO Prime Drivers’ optimised face bulge aims to improve distance and directional stability under any conditions. The draw-biased bulge design targets golfers who leak their drives right (for right-handers) helping to bring the ball back into play on the fairway. The new precision milling applied to the toe and heel ensures optimal gear effect even on mishits, and in wet conditions.
XXIO did not leave stones unturned with regards to sound on impact. Careful digital simulations and human-preference analysis were used to create the new XXIO sound rib design for favourable acoustic feedback regardless of where on the clubface you hit the ball.
The XXIO Prime Royal Edition Drivers come with an ultralightweight XXIO Prime SP-1300K 39g shaft made of TORAYCA T1100G carbon fibre with an advanced NANOALLOY resin matrix. By extending the hoop layer on the butt side to the middle, and reducing crushing, power is transmitted to the head effectively for increased swing speed.
XXIO Prime Royal Edition Driver comes in lofts of 9.5 and 10.5 degrees for men (SR and R flex), and 11.5 degrees for ladies (L flex).
The XXIO Prime Royal Edition fairways and hybrids also boast the same BiFLEX Face design, and ACTIVWING aerodynamic features. The CANNON SOLE helps to position centre of gravity low for higher launch and greater distances. The Sole’s unique shape also allows mass to be placed where needed without impeding face flexibility for more consistence shot distances. The fairways and hybrids also have draw-biased bulge faces, and the new precision milling for better gear effect on hits.
XXIO Prime Royal Edition Fairway woods come in #3 (15 degrees), #5 (18), and #7 (21), while Hybrids are available in H4 (19), H5 (22, and H6 (26) for the men. XXIO Prime Royal Edition Fairway Woods for ladies come in #3 (16), #5 (20) and #7 (23), while the ladies Hybrids are in H4 (22), H5 (25) and H6 (28).
The XXIO Prime Royal Edition Irons completes the range, and has a four-piece, hollow-cavity construction. The thin titanium face has a very low centre of gravity, and combined with the high rebound frame, produces higher launch, longer distances and directional stability.
A large, high-density tungsten nickel toe weight optimises centre of gravity position. And in addition to the L-shaped groove at the bottom of the iron, new grooves in the outer periphery of the clubface improves face rebound for added ball speed and distance.
The XXIO Prime Royal Edition irons for men are available in #5 (22 degrees) to SW (56) and comes with the 39g XXIO Prime SP-1300K graphite shaft. For the ladies, the irons are available in #5 (24 degrees) to SW (56).
